Returns & Refunds
If you want to return an item you’ve ordered from us, or if your item is faulty / damaged, you’ll need to let us know within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
If your item is damaged or faulty, please include photos and a description in your email.
We must then receive your items back at our warehouse within 14 days of you notifying us.
Please take care of any items you’ll be returning to us, even if they’re faulty or damaged.
All items must be returned to us in the original and undamaged box, with any tags, stickers or wrapping still attached and with all internal packaging included. Lampshades must not have had any plastic wrapping removed.
You are responsible for ensuring unwanted items are returned to us and we will be unable to process your return if your unwanted items are returned to us damaged.
You are responsible for arranging and the cost of your return for unwanted items. We suggest using a tracked courier service with sufficient insurance as we are not liable any lost items or packages sent to us in return.
Should you have received a damaged item we will arrange for courier collection. Following inspection of the damaged item at our warehouse, we will send a replacement to you as soon as possible.
Should you return an unwanted item, we will process your refund once we have received the item at our warehouse. We will process your refund minus the original postage cost. Your refund may take up to 10 days to show in your account.
Should you want to exchange an unwanted item, we will process this once we have received your original item at our warehouse. We may need to contact you should any additional payment be required.
